Absolutely awesome personality at the register and she went above and beyond to help and be super pleasant! Store was clean and restrooms were stocked....the food was incorrect and we did not notice till we were 5 miles down the road. Asked for 2 beef and cheddars and 2 regular roast beefs, got 4 beef and cheddars and they were covered in the zesty red ranch....literally dripping off the sides.... View all feedback.

We went through the drive-thru at the Parkstone location. We spent $23 on 2 Reubens and 2 orders of fries. The fries were good and that's why I have 2 stars. The Reubens were awful. There was no saurkraut to speak of, only enough meat for half a sandwich and very little dressing. The bread was also soggy. Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had at Arby's. View all feedback.
