Wendy's - Jackson

What KO likes about Wendy's:
The E Michigan Wendy's has its ups and downs. One thing they seem to have is extremely polite and efficient drive thru window waiters and waitresses. Today I went and it was 5 stars across the board. Fish sandwich is here for Lent so that takes the 5 stars to another level. I have in the past gotten 3 star service and 3 star food so although mostly a 5 star experience, on average I'll say 4. What Taylor doesn't like about Wendy's:
Always disappointed. Came through about 9pm waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and my food was still cold and not made correctly. I used to come here every other day till I kept getting cood food and my order wrong. Like I get the same thing every time how hard is a crispy chicken BLT, it's always cold and never has bacon and the fries are always cold and hard same for the nuggets. Im so tired of it, your c...
