I would place Cliffs staff, service, menu and entertainment on a scale of 1-10. they get a 10 plus, always good, fast and friendly. Sat at the front bar. Ordered a beer. Chatted a bit with other patrons. Tried to order another beer, the bartender kept serving the regulars and ignoring me. I called out a couple of times. No luck. Finally she came from behind the bar to go to the back and I tried again. Nothing. When she came back I flashed a $20 bill and said I'm ready to close my tab. 1 beer. I went to another bar.
