Ordered delivery. For $15 just for the pho alone, the amount of meat was abysmal and it was tough. They leave the meat in the soup not like other places so it cooks a lot longer during delivery. Spring rolls were good but 4 pieces for $10? Think about it, that's $2.50 per small spring roll. Pho broth was flavorful at least.
