I almost want to go out of arizona after jersey city, so much I miss this food. the gentleman who worked there was very nice and sweated with us. he also worked alone, which is very impressive. if I'm ever back in jersey city, I have to visit this truck again! typically half food car, eating is hit or miss. I ordered a couple of times for close and delivery time. lamb sucks, it is a cut wood cut into pieces, it is not shawarma. the huh, when it is freshened, it is good, well flavored and tasteful. but they could get at the end of huh from 2 hours ago that would be dry af. a thing that is consistently good and fresh is the falafel. it is made to order and perfect tempo, tas...
