A homeless gentleman entered the facility, another patron offered to buy his meal and the staff, specifically a young, tall, thin, man with blonde hair was extremely kind, and attentive to the homeless gentleman. The staff was super kind to the rest of us as well. I was impressed at the level of kindness and professionalism displayed today as sadly we don?t see it as often anymore. Nice job! This Qdoba is in need of a QC check because it is far below standard. The prep station was dirty, the food looked old, the soda machine was dirty like the floors and lots of space. Worse yet, in my Burrito bowl was a piece of plastic string. I asked the manager about it and she seemed to know where it came from as if plastic particles were common in food.
