kicking me because I didn't come here earlier! had the enchiladas yolandas with bon and rice. (substituted the guajasalat, not sure whether that was the wisest decision, but I didn't want to pay extra for the bons) everything in all was great, aromen, texture and temperature were all quite close. tortillas were a little hard, but I prefer to definitiw that over soft mushys.
