The meatloaf was burnt and all the food was cold. Outside of that, they forgot a side. Waited over 30 minutes to receive this. The waiter kept coming to ask the name on the order but never came back to give an actual update. The biscuit was warm the cornbread was cold. GRANTED they did issue a refund but that's doesn't make this acceptable. View all feedback.

Food came, no silverware. Biscuits came- no gravy or jelly, eggs were cold… green beans were very over cooked- over all a disappointing meal from what we have usually gotten from this franchise as well as come to expect. We spent an hour of our travel time here. Do better! View all feedback.
