I've been staying in this hotel for years. the service has reached a new low point. I ordered a sandwich to go from holoa grill. stood and waited 10 minutes as several server and waitstaff pretended I didn't exist. bartender worked hard, but didn't even recognize me. I tried to command you. surprise! three try not to answer, no help. stay and eat elsewhere if you can. View all feedback.

The chicken dippers are the best bet. There's enough to share. The veggie wrap was really good...
