Small but cozy restaurant in the basement of an interesting hotel which used to be a prison. The food was EXCELLENT and the service was quick. Kind of difficult to find the restaurant as there is minimal signage, especially since you're entering through a parking lot and hotel. Awfully quiet inside (no music), strange to view directly into the kitchen, and papers were hung all over the wall.
