The food is always great, but we've had multiple instances where items are missing from our order. We usually just let it go, unfortunately we needed these wings for a large group of people. We called and were told we could pick up the remake in 20 mins. Arrived 20 minutes later only to find the order was never remade. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes.
