The food that Hugo prepares is amazing. Can't beat that flavor. The napoleon style pizza is unique. The wings are always made to order. This guy is always busy which is a bummer but his service is great! With wood fired pizza your pizza is always going to be different, not like your typical over baked pizza, but I think that's what makes the flavor so unique. Can't find this flavor anywhere else.
