It 's pizza hut I review for what it is, service and quality. I 've worked at a different location for 7 years. Here they 're nice, speedy, make up for their mistakes. They do have a service fee here , doesn 't make sense to me , but it 's to battle the min. Wage, it 's not the managers fault, it 's the owners fault. So don 't get mad at the employees. Pizza Hut on Cesar Chavez in East LA, it looks more like a bunker than Pizza Hut franchise, customer service nonexistent, poor customer service, not friendly at all, I can't tell if the inside is clean or dirty, on top of overpriced pizza they charged $6 dollars for doing business in California, I found that pathetic, I order thin crust pizza it was cooked so hard I'm glad I don't have dentures, classic chicken wings...
