We ate at the Manchester on a Tuesday night and the food was fairly good but not large portions and very expensive for what we were served. Seems to be popular with the younger crowd. Extremely limited parking and hard to recognize the restaurant as you enter from the back entrance. Service was good but not exceptional. Recommend if you come here use Uber or Lyft.
