This used to be my favorite breakfast place. Haven't had great experiences since it sold.Today I had a cheddar spinach crepe, as usual. It came with cheap cheese and processed Swiss on top. Then the staff argued with me about it being cheddar.once they saw the holes another staff member said that's how they do it ??It's my fav dish with the nice block of aged cheddar, that isn't how they always did it.
