Where everyone knows his name. That's the feeling of Blue's. Such a warm family feeling here. This is home cooking. The engraving is dotted with sausages and has a warm pepper bite that sneaks on you. It is a thick, cube, heavier, which can be too thick for some, but a broken egg yolk ensures it.
