I showed up a while back with a BUNCH of questions about caul fat, which I had never used before. The staff were awesome about special ordering it and answering all my questions, as well as giving suggestions on working with it in a variety of applications. The place appears to be organized. I went to the sausage counter. The guy with the tongue piercing took my order but he was not wearing gloves. I will revisit the establishment again, but if he is not wearing gloves, I will file a complaint with the health department. View all feedback.
