Update: for visit 1/18/2024 Had a previous issue with cold egg bites after waiting 20 minutes. When I spoke with the barista on my next visit this week, he handed me a card. After leaving I read the card and it was for a Dole Whip. Seriously, 2 orders of cold inedible egg bites and ruined lunch and I am handed a card for Dole Whip.
