Such a disappointing coffee trip. Today employee's were more concerned about drive thru times being fast then customer service. I don't care about going though the line fast I care that my coffee is made right. Which it wasn't aslo wasn't able to ask for a napkin or straw because we were told to pull forward (out of line so the time would stop) after handing us our drinks she couldn't have ran away fast enough!
