had an explosion, eating was hot and fresh as ordered. I had fried cats, gumbo and maisbrot. the show host was fun and gave a great opening show. the local talent sounded good and rehearsing and the band represented them well. the drinks were good and my tab was surprisingly cheap, a nice place to chill and live local talent to hear! Went in and was immediately discriminated against by the one black lady up front, she killed the whole vibe and I instantly wanted to leave. When I did manage to get through, for some reason the food took at least 30 minutes to come out when there wasn’t many guests. The food was delicious but the rice was mushy like mash potatoes. The music and live music was good and it was definitely a vibe after being seated. View all feedback.
