I have been to many Luaus (15 or more) on all of the major Islands. To start off with seating was at 5:15, but they were seating people at 5. There was no lei greeting (most have at least a shell lei). There was no Imu (opening of the pip where the pig is cooked) ceremony. A positive was that the seating was close to the stage.
