This may be a hyped Ice Cream location in Karlsruhe, but there are a lot of downfalls. I took three cones each having two different ice cream flavours in them. The staff handle cash and the waffle cones with bare hands. There goes the hygiene. There was a massive queue when we arrived at 5:15pm. The staff were very unkind and did not give anyone tissues to handle the ices. The ices werent particularily nice. View all feedback.
