We booked to celebrate my sons 4th birthday, staff were amazing for our whole stay. We stayed a while and never felt unwelcome. Birdie has a great family atmosphere and staff treat you like they know you. What Sounds Alive doesn't like about Birdie:
Ordered the Eton mess dessert and it was 1 tiny meringue with a lump of cream and a few strawberries. Definitely a rip off. They forgot the ice cream which left it just a flat tasteless cream mess.
