Looks like a roadside milk bar. Its glory days are probably behind it. We ordered breaded cutlets and broth. More buns than meat in the cutlet. There were no potatoes exchange for fries for an extra charge. If you are worthy, you will eat, but if you want to eat well, find a better place Service: Dine in View all feedback.
