Nice little coffee shop. I've only been once and they were closing but allowed me to sit as long as I liked on the patio. My iced latte was good. I rated low because the girl serving me barely said a word while helping me. The place is pretty nice. The patio is great and gets afternoon sun which I love and was why I went there.
