First time trying this restaurant for lunch. I asked if I could have the Pho with chicken broth and tofu instead of beef broth and meat since there was no option for a vegetable broth. I was given chicken broth with no vegetables except some sliced white onion, a tiny amount of parsley and only bean sprouts and a slice of lime on the side.
