I just pick up my Muel Deer last Monday the 30th.I originally asked for as much Jerky as I could get. I got 4 pounds. I have had it for a week in zip lock bags(the way it came). Not even air tight sealed bags. It has been in the brown bag rolled up in a cool dry location. when I went to get a piece this morning(a week later). Every bag had mold in it. This is sad.
