The management and staff are completely horrible. I pay for extra caramel and what not but never get it. Then when asked for it face to face they get angry roll their eyes and say this is extra. I ordered a large order for a facility today and these females disgusting with their attitudes. They dont wear gloves touching the mouth piece where wed sip from.
