I went with family members early evening wanting something different to the Christmas fayre. Shimla's is a traditional low key restaurant none of this style over substance. Ordered a meal for collection, the wrong order was given to us and the food was terrible. The ONE pompadom that was given with the order was awful, I could taste that the oil used to cook it was old and of poor quality. When we rang back to say that they had given us someone else's order the staff were unhelpful in the extreme. No apology, no offer to replace it with what we had ordered.
