Being out and about on our Texas road trip, we've come across several locations of Rudy's. Never thought much of it until the family in Killeen had stories about it. That has driven our curiosity. Went up to the counter and ordered the brisket moist. Immediately afterwards a returning customer beside me was telling us how great it was. According to her she liked the moist the best. LOL. Literally saw the fattest COCKROACH I 've ever seen in my life at this restaurant. Asked a worker if he could kill it and with some attitude he did pick it up and throw it away. He didn 't seem surprised to see it, later on a manager asked how everything was and when we told him about it he just said oh okay and walked away.
