I was disappointed with the vension carpaccio. It had hardly any taste to it. It was extremely tender but was missing seasoning. And the cheese would be better in bigger strips than just a light dusting of grated cheese. The liver mousse/tater tot appy was interesting and good, but not great. We had lunch at Aqua Terra Patio to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was really nice to sit by the lake and the setup was great (roomy table and large umbrellas).
