This review is Jay. He took the time to explain all the flavors to my daughter, who was unsure what she wanted. He let her sample each one that she was interested in while other staff members were helping other customers (who were also great by the way). The person who attended us was very dismissive, he is a young Latino who is at 4pm today, Saturday, Oct. 8. My wife and I always come to this cold stone. Like him we are Latin and we tried to communicate in English with him and in an unpleasant way he spoke to my wife saying that she did not understand what was ordered. In the end she sold us an ice cream that was not what we wanted. That's very bad! View all feedback.
