We ordered dinner at the restaurant by phone the day before. Full of expectations, we each had a fish. One in tamarind sauce and the other sweet sour. My s s brought the fish much later and forgot about the rice. It was totally fried, the meat was dry and the bones were crispy .I think the cook forgot to take it out of the fryer.
