The plate with mushrooms (I think it's an incoming) and the one with fish and kale have been spectacular! I could have repeated these dishes a thousand times!! The others have liked a little more, some less. I don't know if it will be common in Danish cuisine, or because I'm not used to it, but it seems to me that there was a repeat of acidity in the menu.
