Finally, in a European Japanese restaurant, I got to eat a rainbow roll with carefully fried tempura instead of frozen crab meat or veggies. Average to above average sushi in the middle of Nørreport market square and compared to the rest of Copenhagen. There 's bar seating and turaround is fairly quick. It 's good but coming from a city with really intense Japanese omakase menus, this pales in comparison. Conventional rolls and the usual triple selection of salmon, tuna, yellowtail. INdustry norms.
