I haven't been to a Steak n Shake in one or two years. I ordered a cheeseburger using the kiosk which was fine with me. I received my order quickly but found it to be warm but not hot. In addition, I noticed the hamburger had changed. It now had a large bun that was crumbly and the meat had no flavor. It is too bad that the steak burger is not the same as previously served.
