With new owners recently I was thrilled to taste the breakfast. But something was disappointed. 1. You need coffee mug and espresso machine. At the moment they only have paper cups and regular (not good) coffee. 2. Cushions on the outside terrace stands cement would be nice 3. Two nights near Haleakala. Street noise kept us awake or woke us up several times. Ants in the room. Black shape on the shower curtain. Can the people in the room hear talking, shower, the toilet. A check-in was a cover to a door with a key in it. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch if you want to eat after 2 o'clock, you should be better prepared to drive 10-20 minutes.
