When ordering, the counter staff was friendly enough. However, we waited 30mins for our BF even though the place was empty. By the time our food arrived, our coffee was cold. My mango and coconut loaf came buttered, and I didn't want butter. I then had to wait a further 15mins for an unbuttered slice, by which time my partner had finished his food and I had finished my coffee, which was pretty average too I might add...
