Great traditional cafe transport you back to 1950's (i think). Coffee is brew with old and traditional method similar to drip but not quite the same. You put a large quantity of ground coffee in a coffee filter bag then pure hot water into the bag and let it drip down to a container. The result is a stong heavy body coffee with good clearity.
