I was a week in the hotel anaterve. they cook vegetarian and for me they cook vegan at six nights. amala and herman are great hosts and the dishes were great! the hotel is an old boddega and has been renovated. the dinner is served in a room used earlier to punch the wein. in the room there is still an old wood instrument (see picture.) the atmosphere is really great, especially when the fire is lit in the fireplace....
