service and location are great and always clean. ordered traditional lunch plate, which came with rinderfajitas and bark meat enchilada, rice and beans. fajitas were good. the cheese used on the enchilada is something that is not delicious (velveta tasting). they should use a better cheese like longhorn cheddar. the flour-tortillas were far understated. the chips, salsa and queso were satisfactory.
