I'm surprised that this place doesn't have better reviews. I love coming here for a quick sushi fix. Their quality is fresh and they give good portions. I usually get their crazy lunch combo, which comes with a roll, 5 pieces of nigiri, soup and salad. The servers have always been very nice, as well. What Dpr doesn't like about Asahi Sushi:
The restaurant inside felt very run-down, messy, cluttered, and unkempt. Food took at least half an hour to get since ordering. The waitresses who served us also seemed depressed and did not seem happy. Eating out with inflation and oil prices is becoming more expensive, and it's really a special occasion. Fresh sushi, very flavorful and decent size portions. I wish they served Japanese draft beers.
