Last Saturday a guest at the fondue stall. The ambience is very nice and worth a visit. Some of the staff on site were unfriendly, unmotivated and intrusive. Especially a foreign lady who didn't understand much and made a very unfriendly impression that's just not possible! For a 4 star hotel I expect friendliness and trained staff who know how to deal with guests. View all feedback.
