Poor customer service the young female stayed playing on her phone the whole time. I pulled up and waited for a good 5 minutes before she got off the phone instead of acknowledging my presence. Then she got right back on it and I needed to ask her a question but she was busy talking on the phone. You can tell when someone is just conversation on the phone verses a business call. read more.
