We're new to Lafayette, we're trying new restaurants. The first Mexican place we tried was disappointing, but Blue Apache was fabulous! You have several innovative dishes on the menu, but we like to start with our standbys as it is easy to judge against something we love elsewhere. I had a chimichanga and my husband had a burrito. Have not eaten here since the name changed from Blue Agave to Blue Apache. The food quality has deminished. Chips were stale. Cheese sauce is not the same. Seasoning is bland. Shrimp and spinach enchiladas tasted like spinach enchiladas. Pricing has increase, value has decrease. Almost $40 dollars for a ho-hum meal. Too many great restaurants I'm town to support this one.
