The staff are always very nice (they remember our names most of the time! and greet us when we walk in which really helps cheer me up in the morning. The coffee and derivative drinks are pretty standard but I appreciate the consistency. The best part of CC's is getting a pastry with your coffee and we just can't stop ourselves from getting a Butter Rum muffin when we go. View all feedback.

Absolutely frustrated with the service I got here. Every time I get a latte from here there's grinds in it, the pastries are almost always disgustingly stale, and the one time they weren't stale, I told them not to microwave it and they did anyways. View all feedback.
