Fresh fish, for sure. My fried cántaro was served as a complete fish (head included) and very tasty, together with a sweet and non potatoes and salad (by now always same by dishes served with any fish). The grilled sword fish was amazing! Very delicious! You can’t pay with card, and the place is very local, expecting to share a long table with other, which makes the experience even more cosy.
