Nice diversion from typical island cuisine. The baby back ribs are fine however the brisket didn't impress like it did on our last visit a few months ago. The fat cap was not removed or at least trimmed before the brisket was chopped and to compensate (hide the fat actually) they drowned it in bbq sauce.
