I consider myself to be a regular customer at Billedeaux's. Normally I get the Billy special and it is good; but today was not that day. I wasn't even sure if I was eating a Billy special. The meat was cut in big squares and it was overcooked, to the point they had a burnt taste. I tried to cover up the bitter taste with bbq sauce but that didn't help either. Very disappointed.
