I have eaten and Vic and Anthony's in the Golden Nugget times it was always great, I thought we should try Ember, big mistake. Oysters and Asparagus were excellent and so were the drinks. But, the steak was terrible and I still wonder why they would even serve it as they did. We ordered it medium and it came out as tough as a shoe. My wife said we should not say anything so we didn't. The restaurant hostess did not want to honor our reservation because I did it with Open Table. She said they had no record of it and that they no longer use Open Table. She was not pleasant about it, but finally agreed to put us anyway. By the way, it was a Sunday night and they were not busy. Our waiter Simon was good and the food was good.
